The recent Valentine’s Day event organised in collaboration with So Chic at Aquarium offered an evening of culinary delights and elegance. This exceptional collaboration between Mosaico Restaurant and the prestigious So Chic! Rosé Wine combined gourmet cuisine and exquisite wine pairings to create an unforgettable experience.

Our Chef Emanuele created a delicious menu using the best local ingredients and innovative culinary techniques. Here’s a look at the delicious dishes that were served:

Starter:

Fresh mosaic of raw purple prawns and scampi with tomato water, violets, burrata and caramelised Tropea onion. A refined starter that plays on fresh and sweet notes, creating a balance between delicate and intense flavours.

First course:

Risotto Carnaroli al So Chic! Rosé, with beetroot, oysters and Thiesi gorgonzola cream. A creamy and enveloping first course in which the sweetness of the beetroot and the flavour of the oysters harmonise perfectly with the robust notes of the Gorgonzola.

Main course:

Pink tuna in Carlofortina sauce with dried ripe olives and caper foam. A refined main course in which the tenderness of the tuna combines with the richness of the Carlofortina sauce, enriched by the intense flavour of the dried olives and the lightness of the caper foam.

Dessert:

Magnum Ruby, vanilla ice cream, red fruits and Ruby chocolate. A delicious and innovative dessert that combines the creamy sweetness of vanilla ice cream with the acidity of red fruits and the delicacy of Ruby chocolate.

For the occasion, the entire Mosaico restaurant was dressed in pink, creating a unique and romantic atmosphere. 

The evening began with a convivial aperitif, allowing guests to get to know each other. Jean Paul Tréguer, founder of So Chic, and Nathalie De Clercq, founder of Aquarium Sardinia, then gave short speeches highlighting the spirit of collaboration and shared passion for excellence.

Accompanied by the delicious So Chic! Rosé wine, each dish was an exploration of flavours, textures and aromas, creating an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

From 17 to 21 February 2025, Aquarium Sardinia had the honour of hosting the Honda Dealer Convention, an event reserved for top Honda dealers from all over Italy. This event allowed almost 230 motorcyclists and staff from all over the country to visit Torre Delle Stelle and discover the beauty of our region.

During these days, the participants had the opportunity to explore our attractions, taste the local cuisine and live a unique experience immersed in the nature and culture of our home in the South of Sardinia. The Dealer Convention was a unique opportunity for Honda dealers to strengthen ties and share experiences and strategies for the future.

But the party didn’t stop there! From Sardinia, the Honda Live Tour kicked off, a tour that passes through various Italian cities with stops dedicated to road testing the new Honda motorcycles and scooters. This tour offers customers the opportunity to test the latest additions to the Honda range, free of charge, and enjoy a unique and magical experience.
