It was an evening where beauty took center stage, framed by the unique atmosphere of our venue and our signature hospitality.
A Triumph of Elegance

Guests enjoyed a vibrant show where high fashion and culinary art merged to create an unforgettable multi-sensory experience.
The Stars of the Evening
Under the expert organization of Alessia Ghisoni and the charismatic hosting of Anthony Peth, the aspiring Misses walked the runway with grace and determination. The presence of Tiffany Cau, Miss World Sardinia 2025, added further prestige to the competition.

The sustainable innovation of Gabriela Solesya’s collection.

New Year’s Eve at Aquarium: welcoming the new year with flavor, music and community
New Year’s Eve at Aquarium: welcoming the new year with flavor, music and community
December 31st was a truly special evening at Aquarium Sardinia. A New Year’s Eve celebration filled with smiles, great food, fine wine and music, the perfect way to say goodbye to the past year and welcome the new one.
The response was outstanding: over 70 guests, a sold-out evening that once again confirmed the desire to experience Torre delle Stelle even during the winter season. The night began with a welcome prosecco, setting a relaxed and convivial tone before a carefully crafted gastronomic journey.
The New Year’s Eve tasting menu was designed as a balanced narrative, combining technique, local identity and seasonality.
The evening opened with amberjack carpaccio and beetroot, paired with a local ceviche, a sheep’s milk ricotta granita and salted sanded hazelnuts, followed by slow-cooked and roasted octopus served with lentil cream, octopus mayonnaise and puntarelle salad with sprouts.

The first course, an Acquerello risotto, creamed with smoked sour butter, topped with prawn tartare and caper powder, offered elegance and depth.
The main course featured crispy boiled ribeye, scented with Mediterranean herbs, accompanied by caramelized eggplant, Gavoi potato purée and a reduced broth.
The palate was refreshed with a vodka, prosecco and red berry sorbet, before ending on a festive note with pandoro tiramisù and coffee foam, a dessert that blended tradition and creativity.
Music played a key role throughout the evening, with DJ Massimo Solla accompanying dinner and then turning up the energy after midnight, keeping guests dancing late into the night.
This New Year’s Eve was a meaningful moment not only for Aquarium Sardinia, but also for Torre delle Stelle. A further step in our commitment to being present year-round, creating community and shared experiences even during the winter months.
Thank you to everyone who chose to welcome the new year with us.
See you in 2026, ready to create many more memories together.

The first edition of Chef delle Stelle
The first edition of Chef delle Stelle
From December 26th to 28th, Aquarium Sardinia hosted the first edition of Chef delle Stelle, a new culinary series created to foster dialogue, collaboration and shared creativity. The project was conceived with a clear vision: welcoming guest chefs from Sardinia and beyond, and building tasting experiences through collaboration and exchange.
Chef delle Stelle is not limited to the winter season. It is a long-term format that will continue throughout spring and summer, accompanying the evolution of Aquarium Sardinia and Torre delle Stelle all year round.
For this first edition, we welcomed chef Luca Marciano, who worked closely with Emanuele Enna, culinary director of Aquarium Sardinia, creating a shared tasting menu developed through a four-hands collaboration.

The menu was designed as an essential narrative of Sardinia, focused on seasonality and ingredient quality, without unnecessary complexity. At its core are the vegetables from our winter garden, Sardinian products, Sinnos cheeses from Gergei, and Ghenos organic extra virgin olive oil. Carefully selected ingredients that guide each course and express a strong connection to the territory.
The tasting experience unfolds through multiple courses with clean, readable dishes, offering an intimate and convivial atmosphere where memory and contemporary cuisine meet with elegance.
The menu was accompanied by a dedicated wine pairing curated in collaboration with Audarya Winery, designed to enhance each dish through a thoughtful selection of wines in harmony with the cuisine.
Chef delle Stelle marks the beginning of a broader project focused on collaboration, territory and vision, reaffirming Aquarium Sardinia and Torre delle Stelle as year-round destinations where cuisine becomes a space for exchange, creativity and storytelling.

Art & Wine at Aquarium Sardinia: creativity, conviviality and a festive atmosphere
Art & Wine at Aquarium Sardinia: creativity, conviviality and a festive atmosphere
On Saturday, December 13th, Aquarium Sardinia once again hosted Art & Wine with Paola Falconi, a format that became a familiar and much-loved event throughout the summer of 2025 and continues to thrive during the winter season.
The essence of the experience remained unchanged: a guided painting class led by Paola Falconi, paired with glasses of wine and an aperitif offered by the house. An experience designed to bring together creativity, learning and conviviality in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
What changed this time was the atmosphere. After the open-air summer editions, Art & Wine moved indoors, taking place in Aquarium’s beautifully decorated dining room, set up for the festive season. The lit fireplace, soft lighting and Christmas decorations created a warm and intimate mood, adding an extra layer of magic to the evening.
As always, the event was a great success. Participants were guided step by step by Paola Falconi, exploring painting techniques while benefiting from her artistic sensitivity, professionalism and experience. At the end of the masterclass, everyone left with their own finished artwork and the memory of a truly special experience.

Art & Wine is much more than a painting class. It is a moment of pause, almost meditative, where time slows down and guests can focus on the creative process, the pleasure of being together and the dialogue between art, wine and place.
Once again, this event proved that Aquarium Sardinia and Torre delle Stelle are alive all year round, not only during the summer months. A restaurant and a community that continue to come together even in winter, enriching the festive season with a calendar full of events, flavors and culture.

Christmas, Cookies and Community: a sweet masterclass at Aquarium Sardinia with Il Giardino Experience
Christmas, Cookies and Community: a sweet masterclass at Aquarium Sardinia with Il Giardino Experience
On Saturday, December 6th, Aquarium Sardinia welcomed the festive season with the second Christmas edition of its artisanal cookie masterclass, in collaboration with Il Giardino Experience and led by pastry and pasta expert Daniela Fenu.
The event began at 3:00 PM with a welcome drink and quickly transformed into a joyful and delicious experience. Surrounded by the scents of butter, lemon zest, cinnamon and chocolate, participants got their hands dirty, in the best possible way. With Daniela’s expert guidance, they learned how to prepare handmade Christmas cookies, working with dough, experimenting with flavors, and shaping treats with care and creativity.
The most fun part? The shaping session, where everyone brought their imagination to life with stars, Christmas trees, snowflakes, hearts, and more. After baking, the room filled with an irresistible aroma and the highlight finally arrived: the tasting. A moment of shared joy, made even warmer by the friendly and festive atmosphere.

Now in its second edition, this initiative is more than just a baking class. It’s a chance to come together, chat, laugh, and rediscover the joy of creating something by hand. It brought the Torre delle Stelle community together, even in the winter, strengthening the connection between people, tradition and local culture.
At Aquarium, we truly believe that magic isn’t seasonal. Torre delle Stelle is not just a summer destination, it’s a place full of life, connections and experiences that deserve to be celebrated year-round. That’s why we’re committed to keeping the spirit of Aquarium alive all year, with small moments like this that warm the heart.

Festive Season Kick-Off Aperitif at Aquarium: an evening of smiles, warmth and community
Festive Season Kick-Off Aperitif at Aquarium: an evening of smiles, warmth and community
On November 30th, Aquarium Sardinia hosted a special evening that has now become a cherished end-of-year tradition: the aperitif that kicks off the holiday season.
Originally conceived as a moment to welcome the Christmas spirit, the event turned into something much more, a time for meeting, sharing, connection and community. The house offered guests a glass of sparkling wine and a selection of finger food prepared by our kitchen. A warm welcome that blended refined flavors with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The turnout was impressive. Alongside long-time residents of Torre delle Stelle, we were joined by visitors from across Southern Sardinia and even tourists who chose to experience the island during the cooler months. The crowd was diverse and enriched by international guests and professionals from established business communities in Cagliari, making the evening an informal networking opportunity as well.

With the warmth of the fireplace and festive decorations setting the tone, Aquarium once again proved itself to be a true hub for the local community. It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and exchange ideas and hopes for the future of Torre delle Stelle, imagining how to keep it vibrant even beyond the summer season.
This simple yet meaningful event holds great value. It reminds us that Aquarium and Torre delle Stelle are not just summer destinations, but living places all year round. Places that are inhabited, cared for and loved, and that deserve to be experienced in every season.
And in this atmosphere filled with human warmth and holiday spirit, we once again rediscovered the true meaning of community.

Aquarium Sardinia featured once again on “Oggi al Mercato” on Videolina
Aquarium Sardinia featured once again on “Oggi al Mercato” on Videolina
Aquarium Sardinia was once again in the spotlight on the popular television program “Oggi al Mercato,” which aired on Videolina on October 13, 2025. The show’s cameras returned to the kitchen of Mosaico, our restaurant in Torre Delle Stelle, to showcase the excellence of Southern Sardinian cuisine, rooted in local ingredients, culinary artistry, and a deep connection to the land.
At the center of the episode was an elegant dish created by our head chef Emanuele Enna: stuffed sea bream with filled zucchini flowers.
The recipe begins with filleting the sea bream. The trimmings are blended into a filling made of fresh baby spinach and egg white, giving the dish both texture and flavor. This mixture is spread over the central fillet, which is then wrapped in zucchini flowers and slow-cooked at low temperature to maintain a tender, rosy interior.
The dish is finished with a vernaccia beurre blanc, made from a fish bone stock, white wine reduction, and cream, offering a smooth and slightly acidic balance. On the side, sautéed spinach with garlic, and a final touch of flavor and texture with zucchini flowers stuffed with smoked ricotta and herbs, battered and fried, offering a dual interpretation of this iconic ingredient.

All the ingredients come from local supply chains, and wherever possible, directly from Aquarium’s own garden, which reflects our commitment to sustainable, zero-kilometer cuisine. This garden is not just a place for harvesting vegetables, but an extension of our philosophy: respect seasonality, minimize waste, and elevate every ingredient, even those typically discarded.
Being selected by Videolina to once again represent Sardinia’s culinary excellence is not just an honor, but a confirmation that we are on the right path: telling an authentic story of the island through food, technique, and creativity. Our goal is to offer a gastronomic experience deeply rooted in the real Sardinia, yet forward-looking, told through a conscious and contemporary language.
We thank Videolina for the opportunity to share our food and our land, and we invite everyone to watch the full episode and discover the dish featured:

Aquarium Sardinia Featured on Videolina: Local Ingredients, Authentic Flavors, and Creative Cuisine
We are proud to share that Aquarium Sardinia was selected as the featured location for a new episode of “Oggi al Mercato”, the popular food and lifestyle program aired on Videolina, one of Sardinia’s leading television networks. This recognition celebrates our commitment to promoting local food culture and a sustainable, zero-mile philosophy.
The episode, aired on September 17th, showcased the culinary excellence of our restaurant Mosaico, with a special recipe created by our head chef Emanuele Enna: octopus with sour cream, fish roe, and fresh Swiss chard.
Each ingredient tells a story of place, seasonality, and mindful sourcing. The octopus, cooked to perfection, meets the tang of sour cream and the briny pop of fish roe. The Swiss chard is harvested directly from our organic garden, bringing freshness and a deep connection to the land that surrounds us.

Videolina’s decision to spotlight our kitchen at Mosaico is a meaningful acknowledgment of the quality and values that define our approach. Our mission is to offer an authentic experience rooted in Sardinian identity, one that speaks of tradition, creativity, and care.
Our garden is not just a source of ingredients but a symbol of our values. Everything we grow follows natural rhythms, without shortcuts, and is transformed into dishes with precision and passion. This episode of “Oggi al Mercato” made that vision visible to a wider audience.
We warmly thank Videolina and the entire production team for believing in our story and for giving us the chance to represent a vibrant, forward-looking Sardinia that remains deeply tied to its roots.
