Our garden was born from the desire to reconnect with the land and offer authentic dishes made with products grown with love and respect for the environment. Carefully tended with passion, it produces a variety of vegetables and aromatic herbs without pesticides, following the natural rhythm of the seasons and the breath of the sea.

Every Friday and Saturday evening from July to the end of August, Aquarium Sardinia hosts Dinner in the Garden, an intimate dining experience for just 20 guests, designed for those who wish to slow down and taste the true essence of Sardinia. The evening begins with a guided walk through the garden, where you will gather the seasonal ingredients that will be used for dinner, followed by a convivial table set under the stars.

The four-course menu is inspired by the garden and local ingredients, paired with carefully selected wines to enhance each flavor.

Dinner in the Garden combines sustainability, authenticity, and conviviality in a truly unique setting, in the heart of our garden in Torre Delle Stelle.

Our Garden Provides 70% of the Ingredients used in Pizzeria Farra and Ristorante Mosaico.

Our chefs transform these fresh ingredients into dishes that tell a taste story of Sardinia, celebrating the deep connection between the land and the kitchen. Each dish is a sensory journey that surprises and delights, bringing the region’s true flavours to your table.
